5. Payment

  • Payment procedure:
    Payment for the item(s) is required when they are shipped from us to you. If using a credit or debit card, we may reserve the amount at the time of ordering, and the card will be charged on the same day of shipment.

  • Payment by invoice:
    When paying by invoice, an invoice is issued upon shipment of the goods, with a payment deadline of at least 14 days from receipt. Buyers under the age of 18 cannot use invoice as a payment method.

  • Accepted payment methods:
    We accept payment via Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, Visa and Mastercard.

  • Order confirmation:
    After processing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Should your order not be completed due to, for example, inventory or payment issues, we will contact you to find a solution.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery time:
    We work to ship orders quickly. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Any delays caused by third-party suppliers are beyond our control. Normally, delivery time is 5-14 business days.

  • Shipping costs:
    We offer free shipping.

7. Returns and Refunds
