Guidelines for Right of Withdrawal – Return and Refund Policy

At Aurora we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you for any reason not be completely satisfied, you can return your items according to our policy.

Return deadline:
You have 30 days from the day you received your order to return the goods.

Condition of goods:
In order for us to approve a return, the items must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. All tags and labels must be intact.

How to return the goods:

  1. Fill out the return form that comes with your order and place it in the return package with the goods.
  2. Pack the goods securely in the original packaging or another suitable package to avoid damage during transport.
  3. Send the return back to us using our return label. You can download this from your account on the website, or have it sent to you by contacting customer service.

Return costs:

Refund

Refund processing:
Once we have received and processed the return package, we will refund the purchase price to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Discounted items:
If you return an item purchased at a discounted price, the refunded amount will reflect the discounted price.


Damage or Errors in Delivery

Faulty or damaged goods:
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will offer either a full refund or an exchange of the item, whichever you prefer. For faster processing, please take photos of any damage and send them to us.
